Zendesk Ticket for Specific Groups

I’ve configure the PagerDuty/Zendesk integration and PD incidents are creating Zendesk tickets.

My problem is I can’t figure out how to route these tickets to specific groups in Zendesk.

Does anyone have any advice?

Thank you for reaching out to us. As far as I understood you want to set the Zendesk group when the ticket is created. Unfortunately, we do not support mapping Zendesk Groups at the moment.

I would say to you to submit a feature request to your account team about this, the ability to map Zendesk Groups.
